Android fan site Phandroid has posted a questionable picture of an alleged Nexus One running Android 3.0 “Gingerbread.” There are quite a few questions about this picture, and the folks at Phandroid even admit this. The folks at HTC haven’t released any plans to bring Android 2.2 to the HTC Desire (also commonly known as the Nexus One, sans the Google branding), but the modders at the xda-developers forums have managed to get a Android 2.2 ROM running on the Desire handset.
