That’s right folks, you heard correctly, Sony officially announced today a very hot game which should have been here a long while ago. All you speed maniacs should get ready to drive those beautiful beasts featured in Gran Turismo 5.

EA already had their own press event the night before, but that didn’t stop them from making an appearance at Sony’s E3 event, where they announced several key partnerships with Sony. EA executives on hand said that the EA-Sony partnership was stronger than ever.

After covering Microsoft’s and Nintendo’s E3 keynotes we are now back with some hot Sony-style action. And Sony started their night straight up with 3D talk as it looks that’s the next big thing on the PlayStation 3.

At their E3 keynote today, the Sony mostly talked about the PlayStation Move and 3D gaming, but the PSP also garner some mentions from the Japanese tech giant. They talked about how they’re still committed to the PSP, with lots of new titles, new bundles and a new marketing campaign.

There’s strange word out of E3 for those of you who are considering a Playstation 3–and if you’ve already bought one, this news may be a sad blow for you.

As you already know by now, Nintendo has officially introduced the Nintendo 3DS today and we have all the details about it for you here at TFTS. Or at least we thought that Nintendo will reveal all the secrets behind the 3DS but we were wrong.
