Dubbed Philips SA075, it&#8217;s a new portable media player that joins the HD-capable crowd there is out there. Although not much is known so far about this little fellow, rumors have it that the SA075 features a relatively large touchscreen display that boasts a 800&#215;600 pixels resolution and<span onmouseover="_tipon(this)" onmouseout="_tipoff()"> 24 bit 16-million-color</span>s.</p><p><span id="more-21078"></span>Another great feature of the new PMP is the  HDMI port that helps streaming high definition videos directly to your HDTV or HD monitor, whenever you want. And speaking of HD video playback, it&#8217;s not sure if the Philips SA075 will do it in 720p or full 1080p quality, but we can at least dream of the latter.</p><p>All these sound like pretty interesting features that manage to get you into buying mood, but the sad thing, there&#8217;s no word concerning either availability or at least a price tag to get an idea. However, looking at the newly announced Samsung SCH-W880, it certainly looks like a capable device that will act both as a mobile phone and a camera.</p><p><span id="more-21072"></span>Looking more like a digital camera with a phone, the new Samsung W880 is probably a follow up to the company&#8217;s <a href="http://nexus404.com/Blog/2009/06/01/samsung-pixon12-m8910-camera-phone-pixon12-12mp-amoled-touchscreen-release-date-confirmed/">Pixon 12</a>. Late morning, Pacific Time, on Friday, the new carrier settings update enabling MMS should be live and ready …to download through iTunes. We’ll provide the steps and all of the details you need right here at that time</em>,&#8221; they said.</p><p>Although the news brings a smile to our faces, two issues come to mind. First one is the fact that some have reported that they already got the iPhone update, but MMS is not working for them. With that in mind and to please their users, Apple has asked its Cupertino designers to come up with an updated/upgraded version for their iMacs lineup by featuring not only a more affordable price but also a thinnerindustrial design overhaul with a different chassis that mimics the company&#8217;s new Cinema Displays</p><p><span id="more-20962"></span>Already finished earlier in September, the redesigned iMacs are expected to add a set of features that were not available to previous models &#8212; with some saying that they&#8217;re going to come bundled with Blu-ray drives, although that would mean a higher price to pay. Specs wise, it&#8217;s the same all-in-one, dual-core desktop computer, but this time we&#8217;re being told that it may cater to the semi-professional audiophiles.</p><p>No official word on this, so better take it with a pinch of salt. A), the new Samsung Instinct HD also features a full Opera Mobile 9.7 browser, Wi-Fi and advanced stereo Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, an Ambient Light Sensor, an accelerometer, a proximity sensor with haptic feedback while using the virtual QWERTY keyboard.</p><p>Other than these, it offers easy access to social networking sites like Facebook, Flickr and Twitter.</p><p>The new Samsung Instinct HD will be available on Best Buy starting from September 24th, while on Sprint&#8217;s retail stores the release date is set for October 11th.
