GameStop Giving Away Free PlayStation Vita Games With Purchase
For those who pre-ordered the PlayStation Vita, it’s been out for a grand total of five days. For the rest of us, it comes out this Tuesday. But, before the console has even come out, GameStop is offering a special on PS Vita games, likely in an attempt to get the games out there so folks are trading them in as used games much sooner. You need to buy any two games off a list of games, and they’ll give you a third game for free.

This is the list of games that qualify for the “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” deal. They’re all first-party games being published by Sony:
- Little Deviants ($29.99)
- Hotshots Golf World Invitational ($39.99)
- ModNation Racers: Road Trip ($29.99)
- Uncharted: Golden Abyss ($49.99)
- Wipeout 2048 ($39.99)
You may want to check some of the reviews before you pick out the three games you have your eyes on, because some of these early PlayStation Vita games are not getting kind reviews, and that’s putting it mildly. Regardless, the cost of the memory cards for the handheld are expensive, and by getting a game free, you’ll be saving some money you can put forward for more of Sony’s proprietary memory cards.
Also, it’s being reported that all Sony-published games on the PSN store on the Vita are currently selling for 5% off. If you’re planning on just one game, then you may want to go that route. But, if you want any three of the games listed above, then it’s hard to not pickup GameStop’s deal.
