Verizon Wireless Announces Additional Valentine's Day Offerings

Earlier in the week we mentioned how Verizon Wireless was offering the 16GB Droid RAZR as buy-one-get-one for Valentine’s Day. And well, as it turns out, that is only one of a few sale offers that will be available.

That being said, while this is noted as being a Valentine’s Day it is not limited to purchases made today only. According to the details coming from the press release announcement, these offers will be available for a (unspecified) limited time. Anyway, as mentioned, the 16GB Droid RAZR offer still stands as a BOGO. This one is rather simple and comes as follows;

“The DROID RAZR is available starting at $199.99 with a new two-year customer agreement. For a limited time, customers can purchase a DROID RAZR and get a second RAZR of equal or lesser value free.”

Otherwise, the RAZR models that are eligible include the Purple, White and/or Black. Moving on to the next offer and it covers another smartphone — the HTC Rhyme. This handset will ship with the usual accessories such as the tangle-free headphones, notification charm and docking station and is a bit simpler than the RAZR offer — this one is free. Bottom line here;

“The plum colored HTC Rhyme is free online for a limited time for new customers or those adding a line with a new two-year customer agreement.”

And lastly, those looking for something other than a smartphone may want to check out the Jawbone Jambox — a Bluetooth speaker that is available in either black or red. This one comes as a rather nice discount, a 25 percent discount. Those interested can expect to shell out $149.99, which comes as a $50 savings from the regular price of $199.99. The Jambox is a portable Bluetooth speaker that offers up to an 8 hours battery life, has a microUSB port for charging, measures in at 5.94 x 2.24 x 1.57 inches and sports a built-in microphone to allow for use as a speakerphone.
