LG PRADA 3.0 Gets A Price & Release Date For The UK

We saw LG launch the PRADA 3.0 smartphone in the Korean market back towards the end of December. And well, it looks like we now have some pricing and release date information in terms of the UK.

Yup, those in the UK who have been feeling jealous of those in Korea will soon be able to part with their hard earned money and get an LG Prada 3.0 of their own. That being said, the handset will be available by way of Clove, who notes that the handset has officially been dubbed the PRADA phone by LG 3.0.

Anyway, strangely formatted name aside, the PRADA phone by LG 3.0 will be available with Clove beginning on February 6th. And in terms of the price, the handset will set you back £358.33, or more specifically, £429.99 with VAT included.

Otherwise, release date and price aside, the Prada phone comes with a focus on design – both in terms of the hardware and software. And sure, the handset is running Android 2.3 Gingerbread, however it is a customized version of Android. According to how the handset is being described, it is a “a phone like no other” and said to be “the worlds most stylish smartphone, tailored to a discerning, fashion-conscious audience.”

Following a long tradition of aesthetic codes and craftsmanship that is at the heart at all Prada products the Prada phone by LG 3.0 has a Saffiano leather on the back cover which contrasts the chromed metal frame of the phone and its camera.

The phone evokes minimalist functional design and this is reflected inside and out. The Prada phone by LG has unique Prada-style icons on the main menu that compliment the exterior design on offer to you and completes the immersive Prada experience.

Aside from the design of the hardware and software, the handset arrives sporting some overall decent specs. Just to begin with, you will find a 4.3 inch (800 x 480) NOVA Plus touchscreen display, a dual-core 1GHz OMAP 4430 processor and 8GB of internal storage. The remaining specs break down as follows;
