3DS Ambassador GBA Games Releasing This Week In Europe & Japan
3DS owners, you wait has come to an end at last. Nintendo finally announced the remaining GBA games intended for 3DS Ambassadors today and gave them a release date for Europe and Japan. The list is jammed packed with great GBA titles, and if you bought your 3DS and accessed the eShop before the 3DS price cut was implemented, you’re entitled to them. Head past the break for all the details.

These ten GBA games will become available to 3DS ambassadors in Europe and Japan on Friday. Nintendo hasn’t announced a release date for North America yet, but they’ll probably be launching in North America on Friday as well. Of course, nothing is confirmed until Nintendo of America makes an official reveal, but it seems pretty likely that Nintendo of America is just spinning its wheel with the announcement – something it does really well these days.
Prior to today, we only knew of five GBA titles that would be offered to 3DS Ambassadors, but Nintendo has now revealed the full roster of titles included in the offer. Take a look at the full list:
- Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones
- F-Zero Maximum Velocity
- Kirby & The Amazing Mirror
- Mario Kart: Super Circuit
- Mario vs. Donkey Kong
- Metroid Fusion
- The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap
- Wario Land 4
- WarioWare, Inc.: Minigame Mania
- Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3

Now, North American 3DS owners should keep in mind that this list may not be the same when Nintendo rolls out the promotion here, but it’s probably safe to expect the same line up of GBA games. These games will be available in Europe and Japan starting on December 16th, and Nintendo has yet to announce how long they’ll be available for.
What do you guys think of this list of GBA games? Are you happy with them, or does the line up leave something to be desired? Take to the comments section to sound off, and keep it here at TFTS, as we’ll have more information on the 3DS Ambassador program when Nintendo reveals more details!
