Galaxy Nexus to Cost $289.99 From Costco, Release Date Set for December 15?
It’s time for another Galaxy Nexus launch saga episode today as we have a new leaked document for you showing pricing details and a potential release date.

According to the image below, the Galaxy Nexus will hit Costco on December 15, although that launch date is yet to be confirmed by Verizon. On top of that we’re also looking at Costco’s official pricing for the smartphone, which is $289.99 with new two-year contract. The on-contract price, which is reportedly $10 lower than what Verizon will sell the Galaxy Nexus for, is available to new customers, new family plans or to customers that qualify for upgrades.
With two days to go until December 15, Verizon is yet to comment on the launch of the first Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone in the world. A few days ago we told you that Verizon sent out a notice to its stores in which it hinted that the smartphone has certain issues that need to be corrected. The carrier has failed to specify exactly why the Galaxy Nexus has been delayed, and to date we have reports detailing two possible issues with the device, the volume bug situation that has been corrected by Samsung and the 4G LTE issue that convinced Verizon to halt the December 9 launch last week.

The Galaxy Nexus is by far the most anticipated Android phone of the end of the year since it’s Google third Nexus-branded handset, a device expected to offer customer a vanilla Android experience. The new Nexus will offer you a 4.65-inch HD Super AMOLED display with 720p HD resolution, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB of memory, 5-megapixel camera with HD video recording, auto focus and LED flash, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, GPS, Bluetooth, USB, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, Mobile Hotspot support, NFC, 1,750mAh battery and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Are you still buying the new Nexus or will you get a different Android handset this year?
