Infinity Blade II Now Available to Download in the App Store In Certain Parts of the World

Chair Entertainment Releases New Infinity Blade Episode That Takes Advantage of iPhone 4S, iPad 2 Superior Graphics Processing Power

Remember the never-ending Infinity Blade iOS game that pleasantly surprised in late 2010? Well Chair Entertainment and Epic Games are back with the second episode of the series, and the game can be downloaded right now in the App Store, in certain regions of the world where it’s already December 1.

I played the first game version back when it was launched, and I got quite good a slaying enemies but soon my patience wore down as kept having to upgrade my weapons to defeat stronger and stronger adversaries, not to mention all the dying. I sacrificed plenty of generations of my blood line to fight the God King but soon enough boredom would set in, especially considering the repetitive action and the soundless and motionless environment of the game.

Infinity Blade updates followed to keep gamers occupied with new slaying quests while its creators continued to work on a worthy successor. Infinity Blade II was officially demoed during Apple’s October iPhone 4S event, and the games looks even better than its predecessor. Made specifically to make the most of the iPhone 4S’ and the iPad 2’s graphical processing power, Infinity Blade is now available in the App Store for $6.99, although the U.S. App Store may not have it on display just yet.

Powered by the same Unreal 3 engine, Infinity Blade will offer you the same impressive sword-fighting experience. The game is compatible with all iOS 5 devices not just he iPhone 4S and iPad 2, and it continues the story of the main character after defeating the God King. On top of spectacular visuals, the game offers a new dynamic 3D world that ages as the time passes by, three styles of combat and a new story line that will help you learn more about your character.

The video below will offer you a sneak preview of the visual effects that you’ll enjoy during the game, as explained by its creators. Are you going to purchase the game?
