Radio Shack Announces Pre-Black Friday Sale; Will Include Deals For Verizon, Sprint & AT&T

Radio Shack Pre-Black Friday Sale Promises "More Than" 25 Free Phones From Varying Carriers

We have seen quite a few Black Friday sale announcements up until this point. And this year, we are also seeing quite a few pre-Black Friday sales. We have previously mentioned Amazon as falling in the pre-Black Friday sale category and now it looks like Radio Shack will be joining them.

The Radio Shack sale is mobile related and will feature “more than” 25 free phones from carriers to include Verizon Wireless, Sprint and AT&T. Of course, the small catch with that, the phones will be free on a two-year agreement. Anyway, the sale will go into effect on Sunday, November 20th and run through Wednesday, November 23rd.

And as to what many are probably wondering about now — which phones will be offered for free? The list includes (but is not limited to), the following devices;

Verizon Wireless

  • Samsung Stratosphere
  • DROID INCREDIBLE 2 by HTC
  • LG Enlighten
  • Pantech Breakout
  • LG Cosmos 2
  • Pantech Hotshot

AT&T

  • HTC Inspire 4G
  • Samsung Infuse 4G
  • MOTOROLA ATRIX 2
  • LG Thrill 4G
  • Samsung Evergreen
  • Pantech Breeze II
  • LG Phoenix
  • HTC Status

Sprint

  • LG Marquee
  • Kyocera Milano
  • Samsung Conquer 4G
  • Samsung Transform Ultra
  • Samsung Trender
  • Sanyo Vero
  • LG Optimus
  • Samsung Replenish

In addition to the already free phones, Radio Shack still has a few other perks worth mentioning. First, it was also noted that customers can also take advantage of additional savings through RadioShack’s Trade & Save program” and second, those who get a phone through this offer will get Radio Shack’s Mobile Product Support (MPS) service. And for those who may not be as familiar with just what MPS is or does, it is just as the name implies — a support service. Breaking that down a bit further and we learn that;

“This free service is available with any mobile phone purchase at any of RadioShack’s nearly 4,500 U.S. retail locations and includes free expert support for as long as they own the phone. The 24/7 mobile support is accessible via phone, live online chat at RadioShack.com, email or in online forums.”

And lastly, there is currently a Mobile Product Support app available for Android devices and one promised to arrive for iOS sometime in early 2012.
