Spotify for Windows Phone 7.5 Mango Now Available
Microsoft announced that Spotify is now available to Windows Phone 7.5 Mango users. Previously only accessible on Android, iOS, and BlackBerry devices, Spotify arrives on Mango, except on a limited basis. While you can now grab the Spotify app from the Windows Phone Marketplace, you can only use the service if you’re a Premium subscriber.

Granted being a Premium member means you don’t have to deal with ads and you have access to offline playback, it also means you have to pay a $9.99 monthly subscription bill. If you can’t afford that right now, don’t worry — Spotify will soon open its Windows Phone app to its Unlimited and Free users. You can install the app on any Mango phone, but Spotify specifically endorses these: HTC HD2, HTC Touch Pro 2, Samsung Omnia 2, Sony Ericsson Xperia X1, Sony Ericsson Xperia X2.
Spofity is a music streaming service that opened in the U.S. back in July. Its userbase growth is exponential, with 250,000 paying subscribers reported by mid October.
