32GB Verizon Galaxy Nexus Spotted, Release Date Now November 21
Earlier today we showed you a leak allegedly portraying Costco’s inventory. In it we clearly saw that the Verizon Galaxy Nexus will be priced at $289.99 at some point in the future, or $10 less than what we believe the smartphone will cost.

Now we continue the Galaxy Nexus drama by proposing you two new leaked screenshots that are supposed to reveal details about the handset including a new release date.

So far the Galaxy Nexus has been rumored to be launched on November 3, November 10, November 25 or later and November 17. But guess what, right now we’re going to tell you that November 21 may also be a potential launch date. In fact, at the rate we’re going with these leaks and rumors we may run out of days in November for Verizon to launch the device.
As you can see in the “upcoming product launches” Verizon page above, various devices are mentioned, including the Droid RAZR and the HTC Rezound, with both of them showing as launch dates the already confirmed November 11 and November 14, respectively. The Galaxy Nexus ends that pack of handsets with a “web only” launch date of November 21. Also worth noting in the image is that the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition and maybe even the Motorola Xoom 2 are set to launch on November 30.

Moving on to the next leaked image, it appears that the Galaxy Nexus that Verizon customers will get will come packed with 32GB of available storage, and there’s no way of telling right now whether a 16GB version is also going to be available from Big Red. The Galaxy Nexus doesn’t come with a microSD slot which means you can’t expand the available memory, so in case you need the extra storage then you’ll certainly appreciate the 32GB version.
As always, we’re still waiting for Verizon to confirm such details so keep following us for more info on the Galaxy Nexus in the following days. But we’ll notice again, that for some reason Verizon is being very secretive about this handset. Is the carrier simply making on the most of the news cycle by not sharing any launch plans for the handset? After all Europeans have known for a while now when their Galaxy Nexus will be launched. What is Verizon doing?

New Report Says Samsung Will Not Launch Ice Cream Sandwich Flagship Device Next Month, Release Date Continues to be a Mystery

if verizon indeed sells the 32gb version, this has me sold. i like the others (razr, rezound) that have 16gb and then a card slot so they could quickly go up to 48gb, but 32gb (in a nexus one) has been sufficient for me. having ice cream sandwich is worth it over what the others offer. many say, “i’ll get the … and it’ll have ICS early next year”. this may be true, but you’ll still have the silk-screened hardware buttons that ICS can deal with but shouldn’t have to…
WTF!! Verizon is a bunch of monkeys..
If someone would say that the Galaxy Nexus is coming out around Thanksgiving, they would be right. After waiting months for this phone to come out, the rumors talk about a span of 11 days for release of this phone. Big deal.
Concerning the card slot, you have to be a hardcore geek to be concerned about needing more than 16gb on a phone.
Honestly, I’m not entirely sure Verizon wants everyone going out and buying this phone over the RAZR, Rezound, etc. The reason being because unlike the other phones, the Nexus is meant to be pretty much completely open to do whatever you want with it (i.e. rooting) whereas the RAZR and Rezound will no doubt be more difficult to hack. And we all know Verizon, they’re pretty much a bunch of control freaks in their own right and they wouldn’t like a whole bunch of customers getting free services such as tethering that easily :D
Spoken beautifully Guru. Although I think control freaks is slightly understated concerning Verizon. More like Mobile Nazis.
w/o is not “web only”. It is WEEK OF..meaning released week of November 21
I call BS. Why are Razr, Rezound, and G’zOne underlined in red? Oh, maybe because someone created this image on Microsoft Word? Total BS.
That’s a freaking good point! Good catch on that!
That’s a good point! Nice catch!!
Verizon really doesnt want to sell or support this phone because it is not theirs but infact a google phone. They are not allowed to include all of the necessary lock down and bloatware required to be a true verizon phone. Thus no love.
Of course, repeating the same comment on multiple posts will be kind of tough since we have quite a few on the Galaxy Nexus.
But yes, your point is valid.
Haha it was such a true statement i couldn’t help but say it twice. Nice catch Chris. I just can’t wait for this to be a reality. But i might be too little too late. If i wasn’t grandfathered in for the unlimited plan i would have switched long ago. Verizon is way behind on phone technology and their phone selection.
Was this found before the rezound release date was announced? If so isnt it right in that respect?
