Google+ Integrates YouTube, Introduces New Chrome Extensions
Google+ has had quite a journey since it first launched. From being considered a real rival to Facebook, to being pronounced quite dead, and more recently, it was announced that it’s going to be close-linked to every Google service out there. Take for example, this recent deep integration with YouTube.

Just recently, Google announced that YouTube is now directly available within Google+. There’s a now a YouTube icon on the top right of Google+, and playing clips is as easy to as mousing over so it slides out and asks you, “What would you like to play?” Input anything you want, and it’ll return you a list of related videos on a pop-up window. You can, of course, share videos with your circles, and they can open a related playlist directly from the post you share.

In the Google Chrome front, Google+ also released a couple of Chrome extensions. One of them lets you +1 any webpage, and another lets you check your Google+ notifs while you browse the web. Apparently, the company is planning more Chrome and YouTube updates for Google+ in the future, and we’ll keep you updated about them!
