BLACK FRIDAY: Best Buy Starts “Shop Early Save Big” Promotion

Earlier today we showed you Black Friday opening hours for various stores and as we near November 25 more details about their special deals will get leaked. In it turn, Best Buy is yet to reveal its full set of Black Friday offerings, and with three weeks left until the post-Thanksgiving shopping spree, the retailer is trying to lure in some consumer with a special two-day “Shop Early, Save Big” promotion.

Starting today and through Saturday, November 5, Best Buy customers will be able to purchase certain devices for discounted prices end enjoy free shipping and free store pickup.

But here are some specific deals Best Buy lists on its “Shop Early” web page:

• $399.99 42-inch Dynex LCD HDTV – $100 off regular price of $499.99
• $199.99 14-inch eMachines Laptop: 2GB memory, 320GB hard drive – $150 off regular price of $349.99
• $39.99 Insignia camcorder – $60 off regular price of $99.99
• $359.99 16GB Motorola Xoom Family Edition – $40 off regular price of $399.99; free Zagg InvisibleShield included (valued at $29.99)
• $99.99 AT&T GoPHone LG Thrive – $30 off regular price of $129.99 (no contract required)
• Free bag with DSLR purchases
• Free 4GB memory card and free case with point-and-shoot digital cameras

But some of the most interesting deals you can take advantage this weekend concern gaming. Xbox and Kinect fans will be able to choose one of these two bundles:

• $299.99 Xbox 360 4GB console with Kinect – $100 off regular price of $399.99; the bundle includes free $100 gift card
• $399.99 Xbox 360 250GB console with Kinect – $100 off regular price of $499.99; the bundle includes free $100 gift card

Best Buy isn’t the only retailer offering discounted products well ahead of Black Friday as Amazon has already opened its Black Friday deals storefront while T-Mobile is going to have its own, special “All Hands” sale day on November 19.
