Grand Theft Auto V Trailer Hits The Internet
Last week, Rockstar announced Grand Theft Auto V to the cheers and general merriment of GTA fans around the globe. Unfortunately for us, the announcement was painfully sparse on details, with Rockstar promising that it would release the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto V after another week.

Well, that day has arrived at last, and as promised, Rockstar has released the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto V. It isn’t a very in depth trailer, basically just giving us a feel for the city and why the main character is going to get sucked into a life a crime like the others who came before him.
It looks like those reports of Grand Theft Auto heading back to the west coast in its fifth installment were dead on too, as we can plainly see in the trailer that Grand Theft Auto V will take place in Vinewood, a stand-in city for Los Angeles. So, all of you hoping for a return to the San Andreas area can now officially break out the champagne.
Concerning out new character, we don’t really know that much about him at the moment. We know that he’s recently moved his family to Vinewood in an effort to start over and live life as a “good guy,” and that’s about it. Of course, since the title of this game is Grand Theft Auto V and not Upstanding Citizen V, you probably already know how his attempt at a new life will turn out.
So go ahead and watch the trailer below, then head down to the comments section and tell us what you think. Are you excited to see Grand Theft Auto return to the west coast, or were you hoping that Rockstar would pick an entirely new location for the setting of Grand Theft Auto V? Has Grand Theft Auto V shot to the top of your must-buy list, or will you wait to see more before you make your decision on whether or not to purchase GTA V?
