Battlefield 3 PC Hacked To Bypass Origin Requirement

Retail Copies Of Battlefield 3 PC Cracked To Work Around Origin Installation Requirement

Say what you will about Electronic Arts’ new digital distribution platform, Origin, but there are still plenty of people out there that want nothing to do with it. There’s a long list of reasons of why someone isn’t interested in using Origin, but unfortunately, Electronic Arts is requiring its installation with most of their major PC games.

Knowing that, it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise to discover that the PC version of Battlefield 3 requires an Origin install. It doesn’t matter if you buy Battlefield 3 through another digital distribution client of if you buy a physical copy of the game – if you want to play, you need to install Origin on your computer.

Understandably, this has quite a few players irked. However, if you bought Battlefield 3 at retail and don’t mind cracking your game, you can bypass Battlefield 3‘s Origin requirement thanks to hacker and piracy group Razor1911. They’ve released a new cracked executable that claims to ditch the Origin requirements with Battlefield 3.

Of course, we don’t condone piracy here at TFTS, but we like to think that once you buy a game, you should be free to do whatever you want with it, as long as it doesn’t ruin the experience for those you play online with. Don’t get too excited though, because if you bought Battlefield 3 through a digital distribution service or from EA itself, then this crack won’t work – it only works with retail copies of the game.

So, it isn’t the most desirable of circumstances, but if you bought the retail version and have no interest in Origin, at least there’s a crack out there. What do you think? Will you be downloading this crack, or will you be giving it a pass? Has Origin been a thorn in your side since you got Battlefield 3, or hasn’t it bothered you all that much? Head down to the comments section to sound off!

For me i hate online games, besides… What the well we need a Origin account? Why? If someone don´t have internet and need to play the game offline, what will do?
Step 1 – Put the game on the garbage.
Step 2 – Request our money for the game.
Step 3 – Stop complain about Origin games, besides if they don´t make a install for offline games, i will never, EVER! by a game in the future.

The older ones have installation i will buy it, because it’s not only origin, steam have the same thing, but the good thing we can buy the game and extract all over the game and do it what i need!

This will not stop piracy, to stop him it’s simple.
Stop making games or close the internet.

I tried this on my origin version of the game worked fine…so the statement that it only works for retail version of the game is not true.

It works on Downloads too. The purpose of Retail CDs are for the people who doesn’t want to download the game for installation purposes. Retails still need Origin and all that shit to play the game, same as the download version.

I checked on Origin and decided that I’d rather cancel my EA account altogether before I have to install that.

So, I cancelled my EA account and decided to never again play a game that is somehow related with EA. No BF3 for me, but then I’m not particularly into that kind of game anyways.
