Downloaded The Official Biography of Steve Jobs from iBookStore? You Might Have to Redownload It
The official biography of Steve Jobs was released recently, this October 24, with the digital versions available for download from Apple’s iBookstore and Amazon’s Kindle store. Written by Walter Isaacson, its’ the only official Steve Jobs-sanctioned biography. Unfortunately, some buyers complained of poor formatting and image issues on the digital format.

If you downloaded your copy from iBookstore, and you’ve been experiencing problems with your book, check your email now. Apple has apparently been sending notifications to customers that instruct them to redownload the book at no additional charge. The new version fixes any bug your copy might have. All you have to do to redownload is to delete your current copy, sign out of your iTunes account, sign back in, tap purchase, and then redownload. Apple ensures no text was changed, and it’s just a formatting update. Meanwhile, for those who are still more inclined to buy physical copies, a paperback version is also available!
