NTT Docomo Publishes Galaxy Nexus Specs, Leaves Us Anxious For The Official Announcement & Confirmation From Samsung

We know Samsung and Google are going to be unveiling Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and the Galaxy Nexus smartphone later today, however it looks like the interwebs are not quite willing to wait for the information. Anyway, while we have already seen a few bits and pieces this morning, it now looks like Japanese carrier NTT Docomo has published the complete spec list along with their estimated time of release.

Of course, while nice to see early in the day and something certainly worth sharing with those who feel like they must know now — we are still looking forward to getting the official details from Samsung and Google later today. And for the reminder, the event will kick off at 10PM EST on October 18th.

Anyway, according to the information coming from NTT Docomo, they plan to have to Samsung Galaxy Nexus available in mid-November. And while we realize that means little as to when other carriers (Verizon) in other parts of the world (the US) will have the handset available — a mid-November timeframe does line up with the earlier rumors.
