T-Mobile Follows Verizon in Its Place Behind Samsung
By filing a brief supporting Samsungin its tiff against leading smartphone and tablet manufacturer Apple, Verizon seems to have shattered barriers that kept other carriers from airing their sides. First one to follow Verizon is T-Mobile who is heavily-invested Samsung’s devices.

In its court filing, T-Mobile cites that preventing the release of Samsung products in the United States would “unnecessarily harm” its business. Which it most probably will – after all, T-Mobile has been prominently featuring and advertising the Samsung Galaxy S 4G and Galaxy Tab 10.1, both of which are included in the list of devices for which Apple has filed a request for preliminary injunction.

T-Mobile says,
At this late date, T-Mobile could not find comparable replacement products for the 2011 holiday season.
Holiday sales are always important for companies, and without the Galaxy S 4G and Tab 10.1 to offer (especially when the company ordered holiday stocks of those items already), T-Mobile is definitely at a disadvantage. As Apple filed an opposition to Samsung’s brief for submitting it too later we’re guessing Apple will do the same for T-Mobile’s filing.
