Firefox 8 Beta Is Now Available to The Public
Firefox 7? That’s so last week. In a rapid succession of releases that defines Mozilla’s Firefox recently, Firefox 8′s beta version is now available for download. Firefox 8 brings us a handful of new feature additions not only for Firefox on computers but also for Android.

Perhaps the most prominent feature addition is the integrated Twitter search that makes looking for usernames and hashtags a lot easier and in-browser, too. This new feature, however, is only available for the Mac and Linux versions of the browser.

For Mac and Windows versions, you can now choose which tabs to restore in case your browser crashed, and opening it yields simultaneous refreshing of numerous tabs. Tab movements are also now more fluid with improved animation. A few features for web developers were also included in the update.
