Smartr Contacts For Android Makes Your Contact Manager Smarter
One of the main uses of phones is still contacting other people. Through the years this one main use will probably never change. Even now with all of our smartphones, most of what we do with them has something to do with connecting with others. With the many ways of connecting, it can get confusing. This is where the new Android app Smartr Contacts comes in.

Xobni, originally an organization that brought to market apps more specifically for BlackBerry phones, has now released from private beta an app for Android phones called Smartr. The reason for the name is that it claims to be able to make your contact managing smarter. Smartr attempts to keep those you contact most at your fingertips. Here are some of the key features:
- Reorganizing your contacts: instead of alphabetical order, Smartr orders your contacts by how often you reach out to them
- Fills in contact information profiles: Smartr draws in contact information from your contacts’ social media profiles listing recent photos, contact info, recent updates, work info, etc.
- Better access to the information: Smartr has handy widgets, access via the main search bar, or the app itself
Smartr is still in beta so there are sure to be bugs to work out but it is open to the general public.
