Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 Mistakenly Given To Customer By Best Buy Employee
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 is a long time coming. We’ve known about it for as long as we’ve known the 10.1, and yet the 10.1 has been on the market for quite some time before all these developments about the 8.9 came out. Early this week, Best Buy started offering the 8.9 for preorder. As such, it’s believed that the tablet will soon be released. But how soon is “soon” exactly?

No one knows. What we do know is that Best Buy already has units in stock just waiting for us to buy them. And how did we know that? It’s all thanks to a Best Buy employee who might just have made the biggest mistake of their (retail) life. According to the source, someone returned a faulty 10.1 to Best Buy, hoping for a swap. And swapped it was indeed, except the person received a Galaxy Tab that’s more than an inch smaller.

If that isn’t proof enough that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 is going to be released VERY soon, I don’t know what is.
