If the screenshot below is to be believed than it seems that October 13 may be the day AT&T will launch the new iPhone, although we’re expecting all U.S. carriers getting the phone to release it simultaneously.

Apple is expected to hold its fall keynote on October 4, with Tim Cook rumored to host an iPhone event for the first time in his career at Apple, and for the first time since he was anointed CEO of the company.

Yesterday we heard from Apple board member Al Gore that new iPhones – plural – are coming in October, although it’s not clear whether he misspoke or whether he actually meant that at least two new iOS smartphones are about to be announced. What’s definitely certain is that Apple will launch the new handset in early-to-mid October, so let’s hear it from you, folks, are you buying the upcoming smartphone?

My upgrade was not supposed to be until April of 2012, I checked it every couple of months and in August my upgrade had moved up to November 1st, I checked it again a few weeks later and my upgrade moved to September 13th. So yes there is definitely a notice of upgrade eligibility
