Apple Takes Patent War Against Samsung To The UK
If you’ve been following us here at TFTS, you’ve been hearing about the saga that is Apple versus Samsung at the courts on a patent battle on a constant basis. That’s because Apple has been suing Samsung all over the globe, the latest addition to which is the UK.

From Australia, to South Korea, to Germany, to Japan, to France, the story remains the same – Apple accuses Samsung of infringing upon its copyrights by copying its patented designs and technologies. In Germany, Apple was victorious – even when the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 was shown during the IFA in Berlin, it had a big fat “Not For Sale In Germany” sticker on it.
Now Apple is bringing the patent war to the UK. The suit which was filed on Monday is one of the 20-ish suits Apple has filed against Samsung. Frankly, at this point in time, we won’t be surprised if Apple ends up filing a complaint against Samsung in half of the earth’s number of countries.
