Amazon "Geek Week" Means Discounted Android Apps
Amazon has had their Android Appstore with the free app of the day, however it looks like they have kicked off a new promotional offering dubbed Geek Week. The Geek Week promotion includes a select group of apps that appear to have a discount of 50 percent or greater.

And sure, 50 percent off on a $2 app may not be all that exciting for everyone, however there are some more expensive apps on the list including EasyTether and Root Explorer which normally sell for $9.99 and $3.99 respectively. As to the discount, EasyTether is selling for $4.99 and Root Explorer is selling for $0.99.

That being said, in total there are eight apps included in the Geek Week promotion and they break down as follows;
