Galaxy Tab 10.1 Banned In Germany But Still Allowed To Be Sold
So Apple won the battle to ban Samsung from selling their precious Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany. It would sound a bit like defeat, correct? As it turns out, it’s more like a hindrance. Not only is this ruling not having much stock in other cases (like the Dutch case), but now we are coming to find out that German retailers are perfectly free to sell and restock the tablet anyway.

All Apple has really done is they have laid a few road blocks for Samsung to drive around. Apparently retailers in Germany can sell and restock the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in their stores as long as they don’t purchase their stock from Samsung Germany. They’re hindered a little because they have to route shipping from other places such as the Netherlands, but big deal, right?
We’re sure the battle isn’t over yet. We know Apple will be fighting the Galaxy Tab from any angle they have.
