Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray With Side-Sliding QWERTY Keyboard Rumored [AnTuTu Benchmark Results Of An Unknown Sony Ericsson Phone Points To A QWERY Version Of Xperia Ray]

The AnTuTu benchmark results of an unknown Sony Ericsson phone points to a new device with a side-sliding QWERTY keyboard. The device is registered as the SK19i handset – a device with a 1GHz processor that runs on Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread. All signs point to it being an Xperia handset.

As manufacturers have naming conventions for their devices, speculations are aplenty when it comes to what the handset it. For example, the Xperia mini is codenamed ST15i, while the Xperia mini pro is SK17i. As the mini pro is just the mini with a keyboard, one could assume that the SK19i is just a variation of another particular device. And that device could be the Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray codenamed ST18i.

The Xperia Ray is a touchscreen device with a 3.3-inch screen, 8.1 MP shooter, VGA front-facing camera, and HD recording capability among others. For people who prefer having physical QWERTY keyboards on your phones, you might just get an Xperia Ray with one. Which isn’t a bad deal at all.
