Swype Update Coming To All Handsets After Nexus S 4G Received It Last Week
Swype is receiving another update and they’ve released it already to Nexus S 4G users last week. Now we are hearing it is coming soon to the rest of the beta testers. Swype has been in and out of public beta for quite some time but this update could prove to bring some interesting improvements.

The update partially released last week is looking to bring these new features:
- Gesture shortcuts
- Enhanced dictionary
- Improved capitalization
- Perhaps some other tweaks
If you don’t mind working with an app in the beta stage of development, but still very functional, you can register now because it is currently open to new testers. Hit up the beta site to get in on the action, beta.swype.com, click the register button and they’ll email a link to install it.
Swype makes typing faster and easier by allowing you to type whole words with a single swipe of the finger (or thumb) cutting out all the tapping usually associated with typing on a smartphone.
