Serious Sam 3: BFE Gets An October Release Date

I know what you’re thinking: “Serious Sam 3: BFE is launching in October? Great! I was starting to get worried that there weren’t going to any good releases this autumn!” Indeed, it’s certainly great that Croteam decided to step up and give this autumn something to write home about, because it was beginning to look like a wasteland for the months of September through December.

Okay, honestly, with a release of October 18th, we’re all well aware that Serious Sam 3: BFE is launching right in the middle of a season that’s packed to the brim with major game releases. It looks like Croteam knows that too, because not only have they announced the release date, but they’re giving you quite a few opportunities to save some green on your pre-order.

Serious Sam 3: BFE is going to launch at the pretty tolerable price of $39.99 on Steam, and pre-ordering the game will save you 10% off the purchase price. Likewise, if you own one of the previous Serious Sam games, Croteam’s going to knock another 10% off the price, letting you potentially save 20% for doing nothing other than liking Serious Sam. Don’t have any of the previous Serious Sam games? That’s okay! They’ve all been discounted by 66% in Steam’s Midweek Madness deal, and pre-ordering Serious Sam 3: BFE bumps that discount up to a whopping 85%.
