Google+ Touted To be The Fastest Growing Social Network Ever
Google+ has certainly made some waves in the social networking sector. This is a funny thing with Google’s past attempts at social networking (remembering Wave and Buzz and several others). According to the numbers, Google Plus’s growth is beating out Facebook’s, MySpace’s and Twitter’s.

As of July Google+ has over 25 million users. Compared to Facebook’s 750 million user base this may seem to pale in comparison. The fact is, it took Facebook over 3 years to hit 25 million so the speed of growth Google+ has been getting easily beats Facebook out. Twitter also took 3 years to hit that number and amazingly MySpace only took 2 years.
Google Plus’s rate of growth has been one million a day so by this time we’re probably looking at over 30 million happy Google Plus-ers. What do you think has fueled this kind of growth? And how long will it take for Google+ to overtake Facebook? This game is on.
