Samsung Series 9 Notebook Line Updated

Samsung Upgrades Thin & Light Series 9 Notebook Computer Line With 2 New Faster Models Running Intel Core i5 Processors

Samsung’s Series 9 is the company’s thin-and-light offering, mainly targeted at business users. The company has recently announced two new Series 9 notebook computers, which come with faster processors.

Samsung has updated its Series 9 line with the 900X3A and 900X3A-BO2UK notebook computers. Both models come with a faster Intel Core i5 CPU, 4GB of RAM. These are still made of a duralumin body, which is traditionally a material used in aircraft design and construction. This design note is perhaps Samsung’s attempt at making the Series 9 look and feel like the premium notebook computer that it is.

The higher-specced 900X3A-BO2UK comes with Windows 7 Premium and a VGA display adaptor for cases when you don’t have HDMI input on your monitor or projector. This particular model is also priced higher.

The 900X3A has been released in the UK at a price of £1,099 or $1,790, while the higher-end 900X3A-BO2UK sells for £1,249 or $2,037.
