Foursquare & Groupon Come Together To Offer Users Timely Deals Nearby

Groupon Deals Are Showing Up In Explore Tab In FourSquare App

Foursquare users are keenly aware of the usefulness of location-based networking and how GPS can benefit their everyday life experiences. Now Foursquare is adding deals to the mix making the experience that much more useful and interesting via the addition of Groupon.

Foursquare is a social network of sorts based totally on where you are and what you are doing. It only makes sense that local businesses would want to reach out to this user base using companies such as Groupon. Recently Foursquare also added LivingSocial, Gilt Groupe, AT&T, Zozi and BuyWithMe in an effort to bring their users more value and Groupon is a nice addition to that list.

Soon both daily deals and Groupon Now deals will be showing up in the “Explore” tab making finding interesting things to do that much easier. The integration has been rolled out in Chicago and will reach the rest of America and Canada by Sunday.
