Is A New Motorola Atrix On The Horizon? [Photos Emerge Of A Phone Which May Possibly Be A Second Generation Atrix]

When the Motorola Atrix was showcased for the first time it really made some waves. It was not only the most powerful smartphone at the time but it sported some cool addons such as a dummy laptop dock. Nothing’s set in stone here because all we have are some photos but it seems as if the second generation of the Motorola Atrix may be on its way.

The specs for this new, yet-to-be-announced handset are still unknown. Rumor has it that it will sport an 8 megapixel camera and record video at 1080p HD. Not sure about the processor but it’s probably going to be dual-core and may be the Ti-OMAP 4430. It’s possible that it will have less Motoblur influence than previous phones.

Perhaps soon we will see this “Atrix 2″ and get a few more details. The question I have is will it have a laptop dock like the original?
