Broken Samsung Fascinates Can Be Brought Into Verizon Stores For An Upgrade To A Better Phone
Many customers are having issues with their Samsung Fascinate Android phones. It began with poor call quality but now after an update inbound calls are failing altogether. In a move to keep frustrated customers happy, Verizon may be offering to have the faulty phones swapped for better models.

If you are one of the “happy” owners of one of these useless units, you have to prove it. Phone support can’t verify the your phone doesn’t work (obviously) so you’ll have to truck it into a Verizon store and see a representative. After jumping a few hurdles though, you could walk away with an almost new Droid Charge, Droid Incredible 2, or Droid X2. Sure they’re barely used but the upgrade in specs ought to keep people happy.
Rumor has it this isn’t the first time Verizon was in the position where they had to replace phones. Did anyone get a faulty Motorola Droid replaced with a Droid 2?
