Samsung Infuse 4G Pricing Revealed For Rogers
Rogers confirmed back in early June that they were planning to release the Samsung Galaxy S branded Infuse 4G smartphone. And similar to many smartphone announcements these days, that confirmation came without any information as to when the handset would arrive or how much it would cost.

That aside, worry not because as it almost always is, the internet has come though with some information. Granted, this is not official given it has not come directly from Rogers, however it seems to be from a trusted source. In other words, we believe this to be accurate, however things can still change.
That being said, the latest details on the Infuse 4G release with Rogers is suggesting that it will be happening “within the next few days.” And perhaps a bit more important — the pricing.
Those interested can expect to pay $149.99 with a three year agreement, $449.99 with a two year agreement, $499.99 with a one year agreement and $549.99 with no agreement. Needless to say, as is often found with Rogers pricing, it seems it is designed to encourage you to either go with the three year agreement or pony up the big bucks and go contract free. After all, if you are going to shell out $449.99 for two years, adding another $100 means no agreement.
Price opinions aside, the Infuse 4G is a smartphone with solid specs. The goodies include Android 2.3 Gingerbread and version 3.0 of Samsung’s TouchWiz user interface along with a 4.5 inch Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen display, 1.2GHz processor, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, 8 megapixel rear facing camera, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microSD card slot and a 1750 mAh battery.
With that, given the rumors are suggesting this handset will be released so soon, we would expect to see something official coming from Rogers sooner rather than later. And at the very least, we will be keeping an eye on the Rogers page in case of a quiet release.
