Asus Eee Pad Transformer to Get 3.2 Update Soon?
Motorola had been first to roll out the Honeycomb 3.2 update for its Xoom tablet. Other tablet-makers are following suit, and it looks like Asus might be next.

Asus has shared that the company is currently working on updating its highly popular Eee Pad Transformer with the latest release of Android Honeycomb, shortly after . Asus’ engineers are already testing the OS on the Transformer, and might release the update to the public soon. This comes shortly after Asus released Honeycomb 3.1 for the Transformer.
@ASUS is testing Android 3.2 on the #EeePadTransformer now – we hope to have it released soon!
Android Honeycomb 3.2 is designed to work with tablet computers with different screen sizes. Among the improvements in 3.2 is a feature called Screen Compatibility Mode, which means User Interface elements from applications designed for smartphones (and other small-screened devices) will work properly on bigger tablets. Or, at least, they will be laid out more smartly. Users can choose between “zoom” and “stretch.” Stretch mode displays apps at the device’s native pixel density. Zoom mode will render the app at 320×480 and then scale it up to fill the screen.
The 3.2 update brought microSD support to the Motorola Xoom. With the Eee Pad Transformer’s keyboard dock capability, we wonder what else the Honeycomb update will bring.
