Nokia 700 (Zeta) is a Symbian Smartphone
While Nokia has partnered with Microsoft for the development of Windows Phone 7 devices, the company seems to be developing Symbian handsets still. Recently leaked images of the Nokia 700 (Zeta) show the smartphone running Symbian Belle.

The Nokia 700 (Zeta) is an unreleased and unannounced Nokia smartphone that comes with a 3.2-inch AMOLED screen displaying 640×360 pixels, 1 GHz processor, 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, and a 1080 mAh battery. The smartphone features Wi-Fi b/g/n connectivity as well as NFC for short-range communication. The Nokia 700 also supports fast HSPA speeds at 10.2 Mbps (14.4 Mbps down/5.76Mbps up).
This phone is supposedly the successor to the Nokia C6-01, coming with an nHD AMOLED touchscreen and a thin-and-light form factor. Nokia might release this handset as the N7 or other model numbering following its current model nomenclature.
These being prototypes, we have no assurance if and when the handsets will be released to the public in this form. Specifications and designs can still change, as Nokia finalizes development.
