Hotels To Offer Free Use of Chromebooks
Google is aggressively marketing its Chromebooks, and has partnered with hospitality and travel establishments for free Chromebook use.

While Google is reportedly planning to offer subscription-based access to Chromebooks for $20 to $28 per month (student vs. busines pricing), you might be able to get your hands on a Chromebook for free if you patronize certain establishments. We earlier reported that Virgin Atlantic is offering free Chromebook use for certain flights. Meanwhile, Ace Hotel in New York will also have Chromebooks in each room, which can be used by patrons for free. The great thing here is that you can use the Chromebooks both within the hotel and off-site, thanks to the device’s built-in 3G.
The promo is valid starting July 1 and will be available all through summer. Of course, Ace Hotel expects patrons to return the Chromebooks after their check-in period, so these are essentially loaners. But if you like the Chromebook experience, then you might want to go for any of the current Chromebook models up for grabs in the market.
