LulzSec Members’ Identities & Locations Made Public?

Rival Hacker Group Reveals LulzSec Details, Is James Bond Watching?

While some hackers have their talents recognized and go to work for Facebook on a regular basis, others may have a very different faith. The LulzSec group is one of the most famous team of hackers out there, at least right now. They have been working together at hacking various websites for a greater good without a specific purpose in mind for the fun of it, and, if today’s report is true, they may very well have to face various criminal charges soon.

It seems that a rival hacker group that calls itself A-Team has managed to come up with various private information for LulzSec members. Details like names and location, and even family member info have been revealed and we’re certainly interested to see what’s going to happen next.

I’m certain that at least a few organizations out there, CIA probably being one of them, will be looking into this lead since, at the end of the day, it’s still a lead worth checking up on. I wouldn’t be surprised if the information is fake though, but, at the same time, I’m sure it’s probably just a matter of time until such hacker groups get caught.

As for LulzSec, we’re yet to see a response from them on the matter, either in writing or the hacking-kind of response they could issue. Although they don’t do that anymore do they? After 50 days of activity they are officially retired since just yesterday we saw a “press release” that announced the group is done with hacking.

In case the identities of the members of the group that have been revealed today turn out to be the real deal, the fact that they decided to stop won’t help that much and they’re certainly going to have to stand up for their actions in a court of law.

Until we can update you with more information on LulzSec we can’t but wonder whether their “early” retirement has anything to do with this conflict with the A-Team group? Or is it all just a big coincidence?
