AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II Attain Leaked by Facebook Page

A few days ago we saw the first rumors starring the Samsung Galaxy S II Function, which is heading to Verizon at some point in the near future and today we have the first leaked images of the Attain, which is apparently going to be AT&T’s Galaxy S II own flavor.

The Galaxy S II is already becoming one of this year’s best-seller smartphones, and, most probably, one of the best Android handsets, and that’s before actually being launched in the U.S. market. So far we know, from a previous rumor, that AT&T, Verizon and Sprint are all going to have their own Galaxy S II version, with T-Mobile still not mentioning the phone yet.

The AT&T Attain is the first one to officially break cover if you consider Samsung’s Facebook page official enough. It’s Samsung Singapore the source of the leak as that’s the regional Samsung office that posted up images of the Attain on Facebook. The images were meant to show the Samsung Galaxy S II Desktop Dock, although I’m pretty sure they were not supposed to show that AT&T logo on top of the docked Galaxy S II.

Of course some people may argue that we’re actually looking at the Infuse, which is a different Android handset made by Samsung for AT&T, but why would it rest in a Samsung Galaxy S II dock in the first place. The images have not been removed from Samsung’s Facebook page and you can still check them out, at least until Samsung realizes what it has done and removes them.

On a different note maybe AT&T should just go ahead and launch the Galaxy S II already. After all we all know the phone is coming to most carriers in the world, so why postpone the announcement? Same goes for Verizon and Sprint.
