T-Mobile Officially Announces No Annual Contract Monthly4G Plans, Press Release Style

T-Mobile Introduces Updated Monthly No Contract 4G Plans With Unlimited Talk, Text & Web From $50 Per Month

T-Mobile has officially unveiled a pair of no-contract unlimited 4G voice and data plans, both of which are already available as of today. And in addition to the 4G plans, T-Mobile has announced a new 1500 minute talk and text plan.

First and foremost, some of this may seem a bit familiar as these plans are said to have come available on the T-Mobile website back on May 22nd. Given that, we are not entirely sure why T-Mobile chose today (May 31st) to drop the details in an official press release. Needless to say, the plans seem worthwhile so we wanted to make sure every got to see them.

“T-Mobile USA, Inc. today announced two new No Annual Contract, unlimited Monthly4G plans starting at $50 per month, bringing more choice and value to customers on America’s Largest 4G Network. The new plans make it easier than ever for customers to step up to a rich data experience across T-Mobile’s entire portfolio of Android-powered, Windows Phone and BlackBerry smartphones without an annual contract.”

That being said, the plans come as “Monthly4G” plans and are with no annual contract. They include an option for $50 per month and an option for $70 per month. Both plans include unlimited talk, text and web. Though, the unlimited web portion comes with a catch.

The $50 per month plan includes 100MB of 4G data and the $70 per month plan includes 5GB of 4G data. And as to the unlimited web part, that comes into play because you will not be cut off or subject to huge overages once you reach your assigned limit. Instead your bandwidth speeds will simply be slowed. In other words, you can go over your limit as much as you want, however the slow speeds may be enough to keep you offline.

The other new offering includes a 1500 Talk and Text plan that comes with 30MB of data and is priced at $30 per month. And lastly, T-Mobile also announced some new Pay As You Go plans with prices as low as $0.10 per minute rates for voice calls.
