Wirefly Decides To Celebrate Memorial Day Weekend, Announces 4-Day Sale

Coming almost as we would expect given Amazon Wireless is having a sale. Not to mention, we have seen Wirefly offer weekend sales from time to time in the past. That said, Wirefly has announced a Memorial Day Sales Event that is going to last for 4 days.

Basically, the sale is in effect as of this posting and will end at midnight on Monday May 30th. And similar to the sale with Amazon, Wirefly has quite a few Android smartphones at rather nice prices. The Wirefly sale list includes;

And lastly, just in case these deals were not good enough for your, Wirefly was kind enough to thrown in a coupon code that offers an additional $25 savings. Bottom line, during the checkout you can enter MEMORIALDAY25 and get an extra $25 taken off your purchase price.

All things considered, it looks like Amazon has the upper hand on at least a few of these handsets. The LG Revolution is $50 less with Amazon, however Amazon is not offering the Droid X2 or the Xperia Play as part of this sale. In terms of T-Mobile deals, the G2x is priced the same at both, however with the additional coupon savings from Wirefly that will be the better deal. And again, Amazon seems to have the advantage with Sprint. The EVO 4G is $59.99 with Amazon and $139.99 with Wirefly. And almost the same situation with the Nexus S 4G, Amazon has it for $49.99 and Wirefly for $129.99.

Bottom line, while we often tout Wirefly as having great prices, it looks like Amazon may have them beat this time around.
