VEVO Now Available to UK Users
You might know the feeling. Try to watch a music video outside of the approved geographic coverage and you will be disappointed. If you’re in the UK, you’re in luck, as Vevo has just enabled access from the UK.

While the only means of watching VEVO content had been from the UK used to be through YouTube, VEVO has been hinting at a possible UK release for some time now. VEVO CEO Rio Caraeff has just confirmed speculations and rumors with an announcement that the video platform is now available in the UK.
VEVO content can now be viewed through vevo.co.uk or through any of VEVO’s mobile applications. The service is available on iOS via the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. VEVO also has an Android app. VEVO says it is still fine-tuning its service for the UK market, which will include the usual events, competitions, and of course music videos.
Of course, this means that VEVO will be producing its own video for the upcoming Prince William – Kate Middleton royal wedding. Maybe the VEVO UK launch is just in time!
