RockMelt for iPhone, iPad Now Available
Remember RockMelt? It’s the socially-aware web browser built on top of Chromium. After what is seen as failure to launch in the mainstream web browser market, RockMelt turns to mobile.

RockMelt is notable for claiming to be the Facebook browser. You’ve got social network integration right into your browser interface, including Facebook friend updates and easy access to Tweets. But with browser loyalty, it’s a bit difficult to get people switching from the more mainstream browsers (unless your company’s name is Google, that is).
RockMelt has found a new life in mobile, though, with its recent launch of the RockMelt iOS browser. With RockMelt, you get instant updates from your social network contacts. If you already have the desktop version, the mobile edition will easily sync with your preferences and accounts.
RockMelt is free from the App Store for free, and will work on the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. If you already have preferred mobile clients for your social network (like Seesmic or Echofon), you might be better off sticking with the default iOS browser. But if you like giving mobile browsers a try, then RockMelt might be a fun app.
