T-Mobile Offers Discount On The G-Slate If You Call And Order
We’re all dying to save a little money these days. We’re cutting back on the lattes, canceling the cable, reducing our Netflix accounts and so on. But if you’re looking to pick up a new tablet PC, and you want to feel that sweet joy of saving money, then the folks at T-Mobile have a surprise that few knew about…until now.

A promotional offer went out from T-Mobile, geared toward people who signed up for promotional offers from T-Mobile. And the offer in question wasn’t half bad, either: those who called in to order a G-Slate, and mentioned the secret password (or referenced the promo code if you prefer the corporate marketing-speak) GSLATE100 got you a G-Slate for $430. Of course, you had to have an existing voice plan with T-Mobile to apply. Or you had to be willing to sign up for one. And then you had to get in on a two-year data contract. And then there’s the matter of the hundred dollar discount being a mail-in rebate. And then there’s the point that the ten-digit code needed to fill out the rebate form is currently inscribed on a golden apple that’s constantly being guarded by a three-headed devil dog that spits fire from two of its mouths.
Okay, so that last one is me indulging in a bit of comic exaggeration for effect. But still, there are a great whopping lot of hoops for you to jump through, but if you don’t mind a bit of the runaround, you can in fact get a G-Slate for about the same price as an iPad 2 would be if you could actually find one for sale. Because as was discovered, that promo code applies to pretty much anybody who actually uses it and doesn’t mind the minefield you’ll have to go through to get to it.
And if you do like this idea, then you’ll want to hurry and take advantage of the offer, because you’ve only got until April 27th to get in on this particular action.
