In terms of iPhone cases, there are some that choose anything based on what is available, what is affordable or maybe even what is available in the local store. Me personally, I like certain brands because I know they make quality products and one such company is Speck.

Sure, this is not the first time that I have mentioned them here. I have told you about their CandyShell Wrap case for the iPad and more recently the Verizon-fitting iPhone 4 cases. Well, flash forward till today and Speck has introduced another iPhone 4 case — the CandyShell Card Case. According to the description, it will allow you to “skip the wallet or purse” and while I will agree with that statement in part, this looks like the perfect case for someone who carries their iPhone 4 and a card or two (or three).

The CandyShell Card Case is just what the name implies, a CandyShell style case from Speck that has a card slot.

“The CandyShell Card is a protective, one-piece iPhone case that lets you stash up to three credit-card-sized cards inside its built-in rubberized slot.”

In terms of the case itself, it was noted that it will fit both AT&T and Verizon iPhone 4′s and it is priced at $39.95. The CandyShell Card Case is currently available for purchase and is available in three color options including NightDrive Grey, GrapeEscape Purple and Moonsicle White. Additionally, it measures in at 0.75 x 2.652 x 4.75 inches and will add an extra 1.46 ounces to your iPhone.

Bottom line, if you are the type to carry nothing more than ID, a debit card and your phone then this may be a good option to consider. And lastly, I guess that means it is time for me to place an order. Of course, deciding on which color to pick is the first order of business.
