THQ Releases Homefront Launch Trailer
Kaos Studios’ upcoming first-person shooter Homefront is launching next week, which will probably signal the end of the game’s bizarre marketing campaign that included stunts with barbecue trucks, staged protests, and an ill-advised idea involving balloons. Before we say goodbye to the majority of Homefront advertisements though, THQ has given us the game’s official launch trailer, which can be seen after the break.

However questionable the publicity stunts surrounding Homefront were, the launch trailer brings it all back and reminds you why you want this game: because it’s awesome. Or at least it looks awesome. If the trailer is any indication, those who took a gamble on Kaos Studios’ new IP might be able to exhale, but we’ll have to wait for the official verdict from the world’s reviewers and consumers until next week.
Homefront is set to release for Xbox 360, PC, PS3, and OnLive on March 15 in North America, March 17 in Australia, and March 18 in Europe.
