Konami Asks For Customer Opinions Via Facebook Survey
Konami wants your opinions! The top-notch Japanese publisher is soliciting customer opinions via a survey on their Facebook page that is related to the Metal Gear Solid series and seems to be focused on Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, this last year’s PSP game that may not have sold as well as Konami had hoped.

The survey, as mentioned, mainly seems focused with Peace Walker. If you admit to playing it, it will ask you why you played it, and if you didn’t, the Konami folks seem interested in seeing why you didn’t pick it up. In the course of the survey, you’ll also be asked which Metal Gear games you’ve played, going all the way back to the original one. It doesn’t seem to ask you if you played Acid, the card trading game PSP games. Wonder why.
There’s also no mention of Metal Gear Solid: Rising – the upcoming Raiden game with all the sword slashing and hacking. That’s the game, you may recall, that will have Move support on the PlayStation 3 and will give you 1:1 control over Raiden’s swords.
These kinds of surveys will give you different questions based on your previous answers, and while I didn’t see it, some are reporting online that they saw questions asking if the survey taker would be interested in a Metal Gear Solid game for Android. That’s started speculation from the community that we’ll see a MGS game on the Xperia Play from Sony.
Would you play a Metal Gear Solid game on the iPhone or an Android phone? Tell us about it in the comments section, or hit up the all-new TFTS forums to sound off.
