Grand Theft Auto 5 Coming?

Signs Point Towards GTA V In Development, Take-Two Registers Domain Names, Stuntman Lists Grand Theft Auto V On Resume

The news that there is a Grand Theft Auto sequel in the works shouldn’t come as a massive surprise to anybody. But, for those who were unassuming, there are some signs out there that point towards the devs at Rockstar at least getting closer towards releasing the latest Grand Theft Auto game. And, we even have a possible name for the sequel as stuntman Declan Mulvey listed “Grand Theft Auto V” on his resume.

Here are the list of known domain names that Take-Two registered:

  • CashForDeadDreams.com
  • SixFigureTemps.com
  • StopPayingYourMortgage.net
  • HammersteinFaust.com
  • LifeInvader.com

Considering that the GTA series is known for its wacky businesses that parody real life ones – these are being pinned as possible businesses that will make appearances (probably via radio commercials) in GTA V.

Stuntman and film producer Declan Mulvey only increased the speculation. He’s done motion capture stunt work before for Rockstar, including on their two latest titles, L.A. Noire and Red Dead Redemption. He had listed “Grand Theft Auto V” on his resume, but when contacted by CVG about it, he told them that was a typo and that it was missing the “I” and he had meant to write “Grand Theft Auto IV“. Oddly enough, Mulvey’s IMDB.com page doesn’t list GTA IV (despite having tons of game work on there). Draw your own conclusions.

Almost hard to believe, but this April it will have been three years since GTA 4 came out. Are you hungry for another Grand Theft Auto game? Tell us what you think in the comments section.

Yeah boi, bring on gta 5

    2. bollock says:

they take to long to make a new game, look at COD every year thats how it should be.

    3. Laelaps says:

Yeah every year a new CoD really did wonders with all the crappy games Treyarch made over the years, Black Ops being the only one you could call ‘good’

And on top of that they didn’t make one every year, They took 2 years to make, seeing as it was constantly a different studio that made the games – Infinity Ward, then Treyarch, then Infinity ward again and so on.

Good games take a long time to be made, GTA series is one of em, they don’t have a deadline and make the game around that, they make a game and when it’s nearly done they give you a release date. That’s why games like that don’t have tons of bugs in them like said CoD games.

Another studio that doesn’t pump out a game every year, but when they do it’s good: BLIZZARD!

Also do you really want to give them money each year for a new CoD game? The multiplayer is supposed to lengthen a game experience but the release of a new game kills the online community which is a shame for the beauties in these series
for example vanilla CoD (without the crappy treyarch expansion) and CoD2

But if you wanna spend money on crap be my guest, even better send it to me so I can do something GOOD with it!

the reason why they take long is because of the size of maps they have on gta. the maps on gta are INCREDIBLY bigger than all the maps “put together” on COD..not to mention the intense detailing in the cars. and also the buildings, theres so much work for stuff like that.
      wider mapping means more detail
