SOCOM 4 Getting Move, Sharpshooter Bundle

With all three major consoles now sporting some kind of motion control peripheral, probably one of the most exciting uses for the technology is playing a FPS without a traditional controller. While we may not have figured out how to make a FPS with decent Kinect controls, a quick look at the Killzone 3 reviews indicates that the people over at Sony seem to have the formula perfected with their sharpshooter and PS Move controller.

It’s no surprise then that Sony has introduced a new SOCOM 4 and Move bundle, called the “SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs Full Deployment Edition.” The bundle comes packed with a copy of SOCOM 4, a Move motion controller, a Move navigation controller, a Move sharpshooter, and a PlayStation Eye camera. Sony has set the price for the bundle at $149.99, which is certainly a steal considering that the price of all of these items separately would climb to over $200.

If you’ve been waiting to purchase the Move, this definitely seems like the bundle for you. SOCOM 4 currently has a release date of April 19 in America, and Sony says we can expect the bundle to release on the same day.
